The improved hammer will allow you to collect even more metal materials. In this guide, we will tell you how to get it.
The first improved tool you get is a hoe. Then complete several quests to make it possible to get another improved tool – a hammer. When you pump it to silver, you can collect much more minerals and materials. It will also be possible to process more crops, as the hammer is used to clean stones and debris that block some fields on the native island.
Complete the Koa quests until the old woman asks to find the sunken necklace. Once you find it, return to the lighthouse. Koa will report that the blacksmith Akaji returned to the island. Look for her in a fenced area just below the lighthouse.
Ask Akaji to repair the necklace. She will need metal and clay. She will also give you a silver hammer recipe. Return to your native island and make 5 servings of clay. 4 stones are needed per serving. Only 20 stones.
Then you can create a silver hammer. You will need 2 copper ingots, which you can buy from Akaji. They are quite expensive, but this is the only way to get them, since only after unlocking the improved hammer will it be possible to craft ingots.
