THE LATE BEFORE ACTIVATING AN ELEMENTAL SKILL LETS HER QUICKLY GO BACK BEFORE HIS CAST. SHE USES AN ELEMENTAL EXPLOSION THAT SHEARS SMALL OPPONENTS IN BUBBLES, INCREASING THE DAMAGE INCLUDED IN THEM.
How to Get Mona in Genshin Impact
