Well, yes and no. You can’t remove the cape for any items you have, but you can wear a hood that comes without a cape.
There are different armor sets and clothing in Valhalla that are different in both appearance and stats. Which means that technically, some come without a cape.
How Frequent will Hoods Without a Cape be?
You can rest assured that there will be some armor sets like this because there were a few official pictures that featured these.
The only unfortunate thing is that you must have that item to wear a hood without the cape. For now, it’s not quite known how frequent head accessories without capes are, so we will have to wait and see.
However, there is a chance that they’ll be less frequent than ones with capes. This is purely speculation, but that has been the theme of Assassin’s Creed for a long time.
It’s highly unlikely that they switch their theme. Nonetheless, we might be wrong, because the game has changed drastically this year, compared to the changes in other titles.
